Past. Perfect. Mokulua Woodworking revives a 1920s home
Originally built in 1928, this home certainly wasn’t lacking in character. Nestled in majestic Nuuanu Valley, local contractor E.J. Lord initially built the home for himself and his family, complete with Victorian details and craftsmanship tucked into every inch. To bring the house back to life, the homeowners enlisted the help of Mokulua Woodworking  along with architect Alwyn Trigg-Smith.

Revolusun gets a Green Office from Mokulua Woodworking
Eric Carlson explains how Revolusun’s remodel was planned to make the lowest possible  impact on the environment. They partnered with Mokulua Woodworking to reshape the company’s corporate space. Mokulua used reclaimed wood and recycled materials and all local vendors including Re-Use Hawaii.
