2010 BIA Carl Reppun AwardIn recognition as Hawaii’`s best residential builder
This 7,000 square foot Kailua home is the perfect mix of sustainability and modern comforts. The previous house was deconstructed to reclaim lumber and other materials, and over 70 tons of foundation concrete was recycled in California. The construction materials include FSC Certified lumber, concrete columns and EAF (up to 96.4%) recycled steel.
Almost 100 windows and 70 Merbau plantation wood sliding/ pocketing doors maximize airflow and natural light. Additional lighting is provided through a hybrid Lutron/ Vantage system which utilizes low voltage, LED lighting. This stunning sustainable home reflects the best in Hawaii craftsmanship.
